Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7–10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be sealed and unused
  • Original packaging must be intact

Opened Products

Opened essential oils or attars are eligible for return only in exceptional cases, such as damage or incorrect product delivery.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method or as per customer preference
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
